This time, it is going to be more – if YOU make it more! Burning Café Extended is… a Burning Café with DJs, dance, gifts, marvels, costumes and fun… that is, everything YOU are willing to make of it. We provide the dancefloor, we provide some music and a bar – the rest is up to you. We opened the registration for workshops, live acts and DJ sets! |
| 🔥 Co-create this event with us! 🔥 This event is created by us! There are many ways how you can help to make this happen. As the event is public and free, we won’t have a Gate. Nonetheless, we are looking for volunteers to help us with preparing and running the event, including greeting. In particular we are looking for the following: |
| Build (14:00 – 18:00 ) Helping hands (setting up the sound system, tables for food, decorating the place with fabrics and LEDs). How to join: Get in touch with us by mail to burningcafe@burners.at. |
| Greeters (17:30 – 00:00) We will have greeters at the entrance to ensure everyone is welcomed and knows what kind of event they are attending. Greeter lead: Ensures volunteers show up for their shifts and know what to do. Greeter: Welcomes people and informs them about the event. How to join: Sign up for a shift here. |

| Workshops (18:00 – 20:00) Before we start to dance, there is enough time and space to have some fun together and perhaps learn something new! If you would like to facilitate a workshop, let us know by filling out this form. |
| Live Acts / Music (20:00 – open end) We have a stage! If you would like to perform, play live music or be one of the DJ’s, please sign up using this form. |
| Decoration / Art / Happenings If you would like to bring art, decoration or organise a happening we should know about, please get in touch by dropping us a mail to burningcafe@burners.at. |
| What else to know: Food: No food will be sold at the event. Feel free to bring some delicious food to share and gift, we will set up a corner for it! Bar: Drinks will be served by the RJ bar, please do not bring your own as a gift. Keep in mind: cash only. Consent !First! Photo Policy: To allow everyone to express themselves radically and to feel at ease at all times, we have a policy “Consent !First!, then Photo”. You are only allowed to take a photo depicting a person after you have explained to the person that you want to take a photo, for what purpose you take it, and where you intend to publish the photo. Only after all depicted people have given a clear verbal yes to the purpose and publication audience can you make a photo. Please keep this in mind and remind other guests when needed.
